Our fees

Notarial Fees:

We seek to charge a fixed fee for notarial matters and can advise you of this when you let us know what you need us to do.  

If the matter is more complicated or time-consuming than normal then we will charge you on a time-spent basis based on an hourly rate of £300 plus VAT.

We charge VAT on our fees.

Disbursements

Where we have to make payments on your behalf such as legalisation fees, translator or interpreter fees, or other costs such as travelling expenses we will inform you of these fees in advance.  In some cases you may have to pay these in advance. 

Commissioner for Oaths:

We can act as Commissioners for Oaths in relation to documents destined for use in England and Wales. And the statutory rate of £5.00 per document  and £2.00 for each exhibit.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

We are insured for Notary Public Matters as set out in our Ts&Cs here
